Remember, our guides are a starting point. Once you have put together your Ultimate Wardrobe you can add more of any items you see fit. The good news is, once you put together your Ultimate Wardrobe as we outline, you won’t have to add anything. You will enjoy look after look, outfit after outfit. Watch your looks multiply with each new item you add to your closet! Unlike before you started, no matter how many items you added, all you could come up with was a whole lot of clothes and nothing to wear!!! If I haven’t said it lately, I’m sooooo excited for you! It is amazing how transformed your life becomes with the right wardrobe pieces.

The shorts outlined in our Summer Add-on guide are versatile and mix well with your other Ultimate Wardrobe pieces.

We understand that not everyone may feel comfortable in shorts; if this is you, substitute the shorts for a lightweight summer pant. The pants you select must be able to be worn in the same way you would wear shorts. Once you have completed your guides you may wish to add in more colors, that’s fine.

If you are adding these to your wardrobe that means you have completed Step 1 and have all your Basic Classic Pieces. If not, download Step 1 and do so, after all, you can’t add on if you don’t have anything to add on to!

As with your khaki shorts, try to find a pair that can be worn for summer outfits in business, casual and dress. Not all work atmospheres allow shorts, but if they do, they most likely aren’t going to allow short shorts.
